My innovation proposal invites the organization to implement change that benefits educators and the company. I am proposing transitioning from the use of teacher profiles to career ePortfolios. This simple change will create an avenue for advancement for our educators and provide the organization with a way to maximize the use of the current talent pool most effectively. I invite you to read this proposal to begin the journey to perfect our future.

The sources listed in this annotated bibliography are resources I plan to access in the future for further learning. Some I have already studied sections of, while others are new to me, but all show promise for further growth and understanding on this journey. This guide will be continually changing as I go through the ADL program. I will add and remove from it as needed for continual learning and growth.
